The Mercorella Group requires a suitably qualified person with a working knowledge of SQF2000 HACCP based Food Safety Management Systems HARPS systems Organic SEDEX and WHS Management Systems. 

Thorough knowledge and experience in auditing and maintaining these systems is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the company’s Food Safety Management System to ensure compliance
• Develop implement and execute Food Safety Management System policies and procedures
• Manage all site accreditation and audit standards
• Conduct host and manage internal and external audits of company operations
• Maintain all data records
• Implement corrective actions

The following criteria must be met to be a successful applicant:

• Excellent working knowledge and understanding of GMP HACCP SQF
• Knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
• Previous experience in food manufacturing processes
• Well organised and able to work autonomously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Trained in SQF Implementation and HACCP Principles
